Vegan Penne Alla Vodka Pasta For Your Weekend

This dish is made with creamy tomato sauce and vodka sauce. It’s quick, easy and fun to make! Super comforting and satisfying try this and enjoy this weekend.


200 g penne

3 tbsp olive oil 1 large onion, diced 3–4 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 3 tbsp tomato paste 1 can of diced tomatoes (400g) 1/4 cup/60 ml vodka 1/2 cup/65 g of cashews, soaked 2 tbsp nutritional yeast salt, pepper

Step 1

Take pasta and cook them accordingly Drain and set pasta aside with little oil.

Step 2

Take a pan and Heat up olive oil. When it’s hot add onion and stir them until translucent.

Step 3

Now chop some garlic add in it with flakes, tomato paste, and cook for until everything is mix properly.

Step 4

Wash and dice some tomatoes add them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir accordingly and cook for minutes.

Step 5

Pour some vodka over the sauce and keep stirring. Now Transfer sauce with soaked cashews and nutritional yeast blend until smooth.

Step 6

6. Mix and cook pasta well until you get your desired consistency and serve basil on top. Enjoy!
