Here are some simple ab workouts you can try to reduce belly fat at home in just 2 weeks.

Belly fat exercise at home: Burpees

Stand with your feet shoulder-distance apart and send your hips back as you lower your body toward the ground in a low squat. Then, place your hands right outside of your feet and hop your feet back, allowing your chest to touch the floor.

Belly fat exercise for women: Mountain Climbers

Get into a high-plank position with your wrists directly under your shoulders. Keep your core tight, drawing your belly button in toward your spine. Drive your right knee toward your chest and then bring it back to plank.

Reduce belly fat exercise: Sprawls

Standing with your feet shoulder-distance apart, squat down and place your hands on the ground. Jump your feet back to a plank and lower your body to touch the ground. Push yourself up to a plank and then jump your feet outside of your hands into a squat. Stand back up.

Exercise for belly fat: Planks

Begin in the plank position, face down with your forearms and toes on the floor. Your elbows are directly under your shoulders and your forearms are facing forward. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Release to floor. Over time work up to 30, 45, or 60 seconds.

Exercise for belly fat: Crunches

Lie down on your back. Plant your feet on the floor, hip-width apart. Bend your knees and place your arms across your chest. Contract your abs and inhale. Exhale and lift your upper body, keeping your head and neck relaxed. Inhale and return to the starting position.
