CBSE Board Exams 2023

CBSE Board Exam for class 10 and class 12 have been started. Here is the list of items that can be carried and that cannot be carried to exam hall.

Here's what is allowed

Students are allowed to carry a clipboard and a pencil box to the examination centre – the clipboard and pencil box should be transparent and not have anything written or scribbled on it.

Students are required to carry the printed admit card to the examination centres – apart from admit card, no other paper/ sheets are allowed.

Diabetic students can carry food

Students who are diabetic or have a medical condition are allowed to carry a small packet of food/ biscuits, etc. to the examination hall

What's not allowed?

Smart watch, mobile phones, Bluetooth speakers, etc. are not allowed in the examination hall.

Answer with blue pen

Students are to use blue ink for answering the questions – red ink or any other coloured inks including black ink is not allowed

Calculator should not be carried

Students should know that they are not allowed to carry calculator to the exam hall.
